So today in my blog I will tell you about the reflection of Amal Totkays. The Amal Totkay provides you with a very deep insight into developing a growth mindset. After going through them it made me feel much confident and motivated to develop a growth mindset.

  1. Self-Talk: Self Talk is a major and first tool before doing anything great. It not only just feel good it also helps you in building a self-belief that the thing I am going to do is achievable.
  2. Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone: Getting out of comfort zone helps a person to put them in a position where they are uncomfortable or not used to and make them strive to comes out of the situation they put themself in.

3. Create New Habits: Creating new habits will help you in developing a growth mindset, enabling you to adopt new habits and noting down your achievements.

4. Ask People Help: Asking people for help will always be helpful to take feedback from people who are faithful to you. This will give you to track your progress.

5. Fake It Till You Make It: This is the last totka I will share, as you peoples have might hear that “Believe and you are halfway there”. So, what does that mean? It means if you don’t fully buy into the new mindset, try acting as if you were. Watch how your confidence and your perception of your capabilities change.

According to me the favourite tip is Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone. As put you in a situation where you have to fight for your survival.

To develop a growth mindset from today you have to first make a self-belief that nothing is impossible and you should be ready to get out of your comfort zone and start taking action which you have been thinking for a long and through only this way you can improve yourself
