Positive Reflection

My journey at the Amal fellowship program is the most beautiful part of my academic life as it was the first time that I really enjoyed the learning process apart from other educational institutes from school level to University.

Throughout this fellowship, I understood different concepts of personal life as well as of professionalism as there were a lot of beneficial concepts but I want to mention one that was ‘ Inspiring the life of immersion’. As I love Amal’s techniques of learning through fun and entertainment activities.

During this journey, there are plenty of incidents that change my concept and perception positively and have impacted me a lot. As I really got motivated and inspired throughout the whole course. But I am mentioning one when I got motivated. As I am not good at speaking English and I always thought that I will never be a good speaker. I was sighting the students of my level were very good in their English speaking skills. But in this course, I find plenty of opportunities to speak throughout the live sessions, breakout rooms, etc. Basically, I worked on Amal’s principle of ‘Amal’. I really want to thank my Project Manager “Ma’am Iqra” and Assistant Project Manager “Sir Anis” as they motivated me a lot for speaking. I also got positive feedback from my fellows. I know that now at this time I am not a good English speaker but got hope and enough motivation through the journey of Amal that I can improve it by applying the Amal principle of ‘Kaam Kaam Kaam’

Secondly, I want to mention the journey, working for the Edhi foundation. While collecting funds for Edhi I realized many things which include the pain and suffering our society is facing and how difficult it is to live under those circumstances. But when I know how the Edhi foundation is working and how it is helping peoples I get the motivation to help other peoples and the happiness and peace I got is unmeasurable.

At last, I really want to thank all the Amal Team for this amazing fellowship and the way they are working, and the efforts they are putting on each and every individual is genuinely appreciable.
